Zytel® HTN53G50LRHF is a 50% glass fiber reinforced and lubricated high performance polyamide resin for injection molding in water-heated molds. It has high stiffness, high impact resistance and and is specifically suitable for structural applications.

HTN屬于杜邦尼龍的家族,杜邦HTN分為51G、52G、53G和54G四個(gè)系列,其中51G、52G和54G是屬于6T的改性產(chǎn)品是屬于半芳香族尼龍PPA,而53G系列因分子中環(huán)含量較少杜邦把它歸為高性能尼龍。

杜邦HTN四個(gè)系列之間性能特點(diǎn)各有不同,以下是具體的描述:
Zytel®HTN51–與其他系列的HTN相比具有好的硬度及強(qiáng)度,另外耐溫、耐化及抗水解能力也是好的。長期使用溫度在150°C左右。
Zytel®HTN52–可以用水溫控制模具,容易加工。在熱、化學(xué)及潮濕條件下具有良好的機(jī)械保持力,熱變形溫度可以達(dá)到280多度SMT兼容性好過回流焊能力突出,電器性能優(yōu)越
Zytel®HTN53–在適度的溫度條件下(長期耐溫性能較差只有65度左右)提供更佳的硬度及韌性;可以用水溫控制模具還能具有優(yōu)良的表面性能
Zytel®HTN54–由52G系列改良而來增加了韌性改善了在潮濕條件下的機(jī)械性能;
