一、用途：專業(yè)研究、開發(fā)、制造的飲料吸管機具有完善的質(zhì)量保障體系，其由調(diào)速節(jié)能的變頻技術(shù)控制，生產(chǎn)線由擠出機、機頭、冷卻定型裝置、理管輸送裝置等部分組成，可現(xiàn)實：單色擠出，多色共擠等多種配置。

l   雙色吸管機雙色扭紋管生產(chǎn)線特點

l   1.   特殊的新型螺桿設(shè)計，具有極好的塑化效果。合理的模具設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)及成熟的押出成型工藝，適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)多種規(guī)格的單色、多色及軟硬共擠吸管，筆芯、筆桿產(chǎn)品。

l   2.   優(yōu)化設(shè)計真空定徑水槽，產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定，產(chǎn)量高，定徑精度高。

l   3.   牽引機采錯位式牽引機，上下皮帶可錯位調(diào)節(jié)（用于扭紋管生產(chǎn)），皮帶選用進口表層發(fā)泡式多溝皮帶及精密無帶式傳動系統(tǒng)，確保運行平穩(wěn)。高速自動定長切斷機，切割長度精準。
